Since Mom shared some yummy recipes with us during Christmas, and we didn't get to make them all, I decided to try to make them myself. Okay, I made one of the recipes, the carrot cake, shown here. Matt liked it so much he said, "I could eat this until I get sick!" That's a compliment :)

Homemade carrot cake...few things measure up to that! And I love Sierra's face peeking up at the bottom of the photo--she's so adorable!
